Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Program Manager with a strong IT background and technical understanding to drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships in the Saudi market.

This role requires a blend of business development expertise and technical acumen, enabling the candidate to understand client requirements, propose relevant software, SaaS, and digital solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success while driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and value-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing enterprise client accounts with a focus on long-term value creation
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT services, software, and SaaS solutions
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into technical solution offerings
  • Promote and position IT solutions, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation services
  • Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to expand account revenue
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored and scalable technology solutions
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams for solution alignment
  • Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to influence business outcomes
