Site & Procurement Supervisor

Work Location:
Riyadh – Site visits + administrative work in the workshop

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

???? Project Supervision Side:

• Visiting client sites and taking highly accurate measurements.
• Preparing initial drawings or plans for the workshop and delivering them to technicians.
• Coordinating the production schedule with carpenters and following up on progress daily.
• Monitoring work quality and ensuring it matches measurements before installation.
• Communicating with clients regarding details and updating them on work stages.
• Supervising the installation and final delivery process on-site.

???? Procurement and Material Management Side:

• Determining the workshop's material needs (wood – accessories – paints).
• Submitting regular purchase requests based on ongoing projects.
• Searching for suppliers + comparing prices + issuing purchase orders.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring essential materials do not run out.
• Receiving goods and verifying their specifications and quantities.
• Submitting weekly reports on material consumption and costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in carpentry or interior projects.
• Good knowledge of measurements, wood materials, and types of finishes.
• Knowledge of pricing basics, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers.
• Ability to manage workers and distribute tasks clearly.
• Strong communication skills + good presence with clients.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driver's license is preferred.
