MEP Engineer

Conduct detailed design calculations for MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications for building construction projects.

Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.

Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to codes.

Perform site surveys and inspections to assess existing conditions and provide insights for system upgrades or installations.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of MEP systems.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a proven track record in building construction projects.

Professional Engineering (PE) license or similar certification, demonstrating recognised expertise in the field.

Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software, such as Revit, CCS Candy, to facilitate advanced design processes.
