Build & maintain an effective front-line relationship with assigned customers in order to build strong loyalty and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution.
Oversee, maintain and develop existing business within his assigned customers/territory.
Develop a daily/weekly call/visit list and maintain information accuracy monthly.
Conduct an intensive and structured prospecting of new customers, develop a target list of new customers with a regional manager’s support to tackle and acquire new accounts.
Tackle and recruit new customers and apply administration pre-requisite to open new internal customer code.
Follow up on orders and deliveries and ensure proper customer service.
Track and analyze sales goals and objectives on daily basis.
Review daily sales reports to manage and coordinate work activity.
Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately.
Provide customers with the appropriate selection, sampling of products in response to their inquiries and provide quotations accordingly.
Respond to customer complaints and follow-up with the concerned department to resolve ASAP to maintain customer satisfaction.
Responsible for customers balance confirmation/reconciliation and collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
Gather market information on competition activities, products, pricing, and market trends & report to the management.
Follow the management direction in all aspects of the sales cycle.
Attend required meetings and scheduled training assigned by the sales manager.
Attend job needs and work as a team player.
Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
