HSE Engineer - Saudi National

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs and procedures tailored to Saudi Arabian regulations and project-specific requirements.

Oversee and manage incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and the implementation of effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

Holds a NEBOSH or equivalent international safety certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of HSE principles.

Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles within the Oil and Gas, Construction, or related industries.

Exhibits a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and standards.
