Senior Manager - Operational Readiness

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive operational readiness plans aligned with Qiddiya s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholder groups to integrate operational readiness considerations into project execution phases.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development initiatives aimed at preparing staff and operational teams to meet defined performance standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational readiness and performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and industry standards in operational readiness.
• Champion a guest-focused approach throughout all operational readiness efforts to enhance the overall visitor experience.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years experience in operational management or readiness, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the entertainment or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
