- Planning and managing AV projects from initiation to completion
- Executing and supervising AV system installations and configuration of AV equipment’s, including LCD, and LED video walls, Audio system
- (Leyard, Hikvision, Barco, Samsung, LG) and Digital Signage
- Site surveys and assessments Evaluating site conditions, cable routes, mounting points, and infrastructure readiness
- Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Preparing project Plan using Microsoft projects and schedules, resource allocation, and prepare progress reports
- Overseeing installation, configuration, and commissioning of AV systems including LED walls, projectors, audio systems, and control rooms
- Verifying the Equipment in the rack as per the project requirement and design
- Strong understanding of fiber-optic cables, splicing procedures, and Fluke testing methodologies
- Installation of lighting trusses and stage lighting systems configuration of the lighting controllers
- Prepare the CAD drawings, to prepare the As-built.
- Monitoring project budgets, materials, and equipment usage
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Troubleshooting and resolving on-site technical issues
- Maintaining documentation of project progress, technical details, and client approvals
- Good knowledge of MS office to prepare the equipment inventory and record the daily activities
- Providing guidance and support to junior engineers and site team
- Ensuring installations follow standards, safety requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Performing any additional tasks as required by the job title
- Preparation of Site Acceptance Test documents
- Preparation of Commissioning documents

Education/Qualification/ Certification and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, AV Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in AV project execution or system integration
- Excellent command of English language
