Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to join our team and contribute to the successful launch and operation of our world-class entertainment projects. In this role, you will support the operational readiness process by coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in overseeing readiness assessments, training initiatives, and operational processes that align with the company s high standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing operational readiness plans across multiple projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather operational requirements and address readiness gaps. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate operational preparedness prior to project launch. Support training programs that equip staff with necessary operational skills and knowledge. Monitor key performance indicators related to operational readiness and suggest continuous improvements. Facilitate risk identification and mitigation to ensure smooth operations. Promote a customer-focused culture to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational readiness or operations management, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in developing and implementing operational improvement initiatives. Knowledge of local cultural and business environments in Saudi Arabia is an advantage. Demonstrated proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
