Responsibilities:
* Monitoring the application of quality and acceptance criteria in the stages of manufacturing aluminum and wood products.
* Inspecting raw materials and incoming supplies from suppliers before their approval and entry into the inventory.
* Inspecting the final products and ensuring their compliance with quality standards before delivery.
* Preparing and documenting test reports for raw materials and final products.
* Identifying production defects, classifying them, and analyzing their causes, and participating in root cause investigations (8D).
* Monitoring rework cases and ensuring the resolution of quality issues.
* Monitoring the periodic maintenance of measurement and inspection equipment in coordination with production.
* Ensuring the calibration of measurement tools and inspection and documenting certification of compliance.
* Preparing periodic reports on quality indicators and maintenance and submitting them to the plant manager.
* Adhering to safety procedures and personal protective equipment during inspection operations.
