Job description

A Sales Closer is sought to become part of the Arabic Consultant team, responsible for converting qualified potential clients into closed deals and generating direct revenue for the company.

The role relies on persuasion, negotiation, and managing the sales process from initial contact to successful closing of the deal.

The employee will be provided with pre-qualified potential clients, focusing on closing and achieving results.

🚧 Nature of Work

  • Fully remote work
  • Working hours start from: 12 PM and end at 8 PM. All week days except Friday and Saturday are official holidays.
  • Working on pre-qualified leads
  • Performance is measured by closing rates and deal values
  • Work environment is entirely results-driven

🚨 Contract and Income System

  • Official employment contract
  • No fixed salary at the beginning. Until you prove your ability to close deals and generate profits for the company. The fixed salary starts from 3600 SAR and may reach 6000 SAR depending on management's assessment
  • Commission of 20% on every successfully closed deal
  • No income ceiling
  • Every closed deal = direct income for the employee

🇸🇦 Main Responsibilities

  • Communicating with potential clients via WhatsApp or calls or remote meetings & on-site
  • Understanding and analyzing client needs
  • Providing appropriate solutions from the company's services
  • Explaining value in a professional and convincing manner
  • Handling objections (price – hesitation – comparison)
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Following up on the payment process until completion
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with the client

📊 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System

The employee is required to use the company's CRM system to manage all clients and deals.

They will be provided with their login details to access the official system.

Usage includes:

  • Registering all potential clients within the system
  • Adding detailed notes for each client
  • Managing the entire sales cycle within the system

🔗 Referral and Tracking System

After completing any sales process, the deal is recorded within the referral system and linked directly to the employee responsible for closing.

Final client data is entered into the system to ensure accurate commission calculation and link performance to actual results.
