Job description
Track and expedite material deliveries to meet project schedules, proactively addressing potential delays.
Collaborate with suppliers to confirm order acknowledgements, lead times, and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor material status reports, identifying and escalating critical shortages or potential impacts to the project.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
Possess relevant certifications such as APICS or ISM, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in material expediting or a related role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
Experience in the Oil and Gas, Construction, or Manufacturing industry is highly valued.
