Job description
Responsible for expanding the client base in the hydrocarbons sector (diesel and benzene), achieving sales objectives through targeting manufacturers, contracting companies, fuel stations, and transport sectors, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the company's market share.
Client Acquisition: Searching for new sales opportunities and opening markets for diesel and benzene products (such as transport companies, major construction projects, and manufacturers).
Relationship Management: Building strong and sustainable relationships with current and potential clients to ensure continued supply.
Contract Management: Negotiating supply prices and quantities in accordance with the established pricing policy and following contract signing procedures.
Logistics Coordination: Working closely with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of shipments at specified times and required quality.
Financial Collection: Monitoring the company's financial dues from clients and ensuring collection within specified timelines.
Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor pricing and market movements and providing regular reports to management regarding opportunities and threats.
After-Sales Service: Addressing customer complaints related to quality or delays and resolving them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
