Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

We are hiring a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and inventory control for our trading operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, ensure timely material availability, and optimize ERP-driven procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy: Plan and execute sourcing strategies for trading goods to ensure best price, quality, and delivery timelines

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers. Build long-term partnerships and conduct periodic performance reviews

• ERP Process Ownership: Manage end-end procurement cycle on ERP. Ensure accurate PR/PO, GRN, and invoice matching

• Inventory & Supply Planning: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and reduce working capital through optimized inventory turns

• Cost Control: Drive cost savings through negotiations, alternate sourcing, and total cost of ownership analysis

• Compliance: Ensure procurement aligns with company policies, trade regulations, and audit requirements

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor procurement team. Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance for seamless operations

• Education: Any Degree + Certification in Procurement / Supply Chain Management

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in procurement/supply chain within a trading/manufacturing business

• Technical: Strong knowledge of ERP processes and methods. Hands-on experience with ERPNext is a strong advantage

• Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Decisive with sound commercial judgment Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Team player with proven team leadership capabilities

• Age: 30 to 35 years
