Job description
Responsible for the sales development of the Drives and control products portfolio in alignment with the value-added sales approach and overall strategy.
Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to prospective clients, showcasing their value proposition and ROI.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into effective VFD solutions, acting as the primary technical advisor.
Conduct detailed site surveys and application analyses to identify opportunities for VFD integration and optimization, ensuring seamless system compatibility.
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for VFDs during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, resolving complex issues efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, specifically with VFDs or motor control systems.
Proven track record of successfully specifying and selling complex technical solutions within the industrial automation or manufacturing sectors.
Deep understanding of motor control principles, power electronics, and VFD application engineering across various industries (e.g., HVAC, water/wastewater, oil & gas).
