Folder Gluer Machine Technician

Operate and monitor folder gluer machines, ensuring precise folding and gluing for high-quality packaging production.

Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on folder gluer machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on folder gluers, minimizing downtime.

Conduct quality control checks on finished products, identifying and rectifying any defects in folding or gluing.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in mechanics or a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining folder gluer machines.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues on packaging equipment.

Strong understanding of different paperboard types, adhesives, and their interaction with machinery.
