Business Development Engineer /Sales Engineer- Steel/Metal fabrication

Conduct sales activities to identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand technical and commercial requirements.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer engagement, RFQ, quotation, follow-up, negotiation, and order closure.

Prepare and manage RFQs and quotations in coordination with relevant internal departments and suppliers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, technical, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate customer support.

Maintain proper records of customers, RFQs, quotations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

Provide regular updates on the sales pipeline, customer activities, and business development progress to management.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Represent Arabian Gratings professionally and contribute to the company's overall sales and business development objectives.

Experience in heavy metal fabrication and related industrial products.

BTech / Engineering Degree: 2–3 years of relevant Sales Engineering experience.

Other relevant qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.

Strong Saudi market knowledge and customer network .

Experience dealing with contractors, industrial companies, end users and project-based customers.

Strong RFQ generation, quotation and negotiation skills

Proven ability to develop business independently

Strong supplier coordination and commercial understanding

Valid Saudi driving license – Required

Engineering qualification preferred
