Forklift Mechanic Technician

Diagnose and repair a wide range of forklift issues, from engine problems and hydraulic leaks to electrical faults and structural damage.

Perform routine preventative maintenance, including fluid changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and tire checks, to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.

Utilize diagnostic tools and schematics to accurately identify the root cause of malfunctions and develop effective repair strategies.

Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections and post-repair testing to verify the safety and functionality of all repaired forklifts.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Vocational training in mechanics or a related field is highly advantageous.

Possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification, demonstrating understanding of equipment operation and safety.

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically repairing and maintaining forklifts or similar heavy equipment.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing internal combustion engines, electric motors, and hydraulic systems.
