Director - Asset Management - Qiddiya Performing Arts Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an asset management strategy aligned with Qiddiya's overall vision and goals for the Performing Arts Center.
• Monitor and analyze the operational and financial performance of the venue to optimize profitability and patron satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning to support asset sustainability and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards applicable to entertainment facilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Strategy, Development, Marketing, and other Asset Management teams to drive synergies and cohesive planning.
• Implement ESG initiatives and maintain adherence to Qiddiya's environmental, social, and governance commitments.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive management and the board on asset performance and strategic initiatives.
• Manage government cultural relationships and drive financial performance

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Arts Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices relating to entertainment or cultural venues.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years experience in asset management, operations, or related roles within the entertainment, performing arts, or cultural sectors.

Proven track record in managing large-scale cultural programs and assets.

Excellent understanding of KSA s art scene and ability to seek out program opportunities

Experience overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, and contract management.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and external stakeholders.

Previous leadership and team management experience.

Experience in the MENA region is preferred.
