Job Title: Accounting Cashier
Location: Khamis Mushait

Objective:
Our company announces the availability of a job vacancy for an Accounting Cashier to work in the Southern Region. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash operations accurately and professionally, recording all financial transactions in the accounting system, including cash sales, collections from representatives, settlements of advances and disbursements, in addition to following up on banking operations for the Southern Region such as depositing cash and checks, delivering and receiving bank documents, and any other transactions delegated by the company.

Functional Tasks:
• Record all cash sales and point-of-sale (POS) transactions in the accounting system.
• Record cash collections from representatives and bank deposits, linking them to their respective invoices.
• Reconcile sales with representatives' reports monthly and ensure there are no discrepancies.
• Record and review all cash advances allocated to the Southern Region.
• Record requests for operational expense disbursements in the approved system.
• Execute deposit, bank transfer, and other banking transactions for the Southern Region.
• Manage the factory's cash advances in the South and document all expenses.
• Prepare periodic reports on cash, bank reconciliations, and advances.
• Adhere to the company's financial policies and approved accounting standards.
• Comply with monthly inventory procedures for the treasury and advances in their possession.

Conditions and Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in the same field is required.
• Proficiency in dealing with accounting systems and point-of-sale systems.
• High accuracy in work and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
• Commitment and reliability in handling cash.
