Strategic Planning Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
• Monitor progress towards strategic goals and make adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
