Senior Road Engineer

The Senior Road Engineer leads road supervision activities, ensures engineering compliance, and provides technical expertise for major road and highway projects. Your role Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works. Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities. Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications. Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants, and field testing labs. Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards. Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.

• Bachelor s/Master s in Civil Engineering.
• 12 15 years experience in major road/highway projects.
• Expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
