Barista

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team, who is passionate about coffee and customer service, capable of preparing high-quality beverages according to the establishment's standards, while maintaining cleanliness and speed of performance.

Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, latte, cappuccino, and others).

Handling the coffee machine and equipment correctly and safely.

Receiving customers and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

Adherence to quality standards and approved recipes.

Maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and tools continuously.

Managing orders and dealing with the cashier when needed.

Adherence to occupational safety and health policies.

Skills

Previous experience as a barista (preferred).

Knowledge of coffee basics and types.

Good communication skills and good customer service.

Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.

Commitment to punctuality and professional appearance.
