Job description
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration on a wide range of dental equipment, including X-ray units, autoclaves, and dental chairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in dental instruments, utilizing specialized diagnostic tools and technical schematics.
- Execute precise repairs on intricate dental devices, replacing faulty components and ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct preventative maintenance schedules for all dental equipment, proactively identifying potential problems before they impact patient care or clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and equipment documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with Saudi FDA (SFDA) standards and manufacturer safety guidelines.
- Provide basic guidance to clinic staff on the correct operation and handling of
- Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in dental devices.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and manufacturer standards.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
- Valid driver's license for on-site service across multiple locations.
