Job description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
- Manage and enhance relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.
- Improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Establish sourcing plans and forecast needs to ensure timely availability of products and materials.
- Supervise inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover rates.
- Monitor shipping, transportation, storage, and distribution operations.
- Evaluate supplier performance and monitor compliance with quality and delivery timelines.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop policies and procedures specific to the supply chain.
- Lead teams and define KPIs to track performance.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, finance, sales, and operations.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on supply chain performance, costs, and risks.
