General Objective of the Position
Responsible for representing the company and building strong relationships with current and potential clients, achieving targeted sales objectives through the promotion and sale of company products or services, ensuring market share growth and maximum customer satisfaction.
Powers & Authorities
- Achieving Targeted Sales: Commitment to achieving the required sales as per the strategic plan set by management.
- Opening New Markets: Continuous search for potential clients and expansion of the client database in targeted areas.
- Client Relationship Management: Conducting regular field visits to clients, monitoring their needs, and providing solutions to ensure their continued satisfaction.
- Sales Proposals and Negotiation: Preparing and evaluating sales and technical proposals for clients, managing negotiation processes regarding prices and terms to successfully close deals.
- Financial Collection: Monitoring financial collection processes for outstanding sales in coordination with the financial management to ensure compliance with specified payment terms.
- Market Study: Monitoring competitor activities and pricing in the market and preparing regular reports for management with insights and recommendations for development.
- Regular Reporting: Preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports including (sales activity, client visits, complaints and recommendations, and progress towards objectives).
