Pipe Cutting Op (Production)

Precisely cut pipes to specified lengths and dimensions using advanced cutting machinery and tools, ensuring adherence to strict production tolerances.

Operate and maintain a variety of pipe cutting equipment, including saws, plasma cutters, and laser cutters, performing routine checks and minor adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to accurately determine cutting parameters, angles, and material requirements.

Inspect cut pipe sections for defects, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish, rejecting any non-conforming materials promptly.

Must have pipe Stainless Steel Manufacturing Company.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a pipe cutting operator or in a similar production role within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain various types of pipe cutting machinery (e.g., band saws, abrasive saws, plasma cutters).
