You will partner closely with regional finance teams, FP&A, GBS, supply chain, HR, and external stakeholders while driving process improvements, supporting audits, and contributing to the overall finance strategy within a dynamic multinational environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for Boston Scientific Saudi Arabia, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial records
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in line with corporate timelines and reporting requirements
- Monitor and supervise accounting activities including general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable, fixed assets, and month-end activities
- Analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports and statements to support decision-making and compliance requirements
- Manage cash transactions, banking relationships, treasury activities, and working capital monitoring in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local accounting standards, VAT, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Manage intercompany accounting activities and financial flows between Saudi Arabia and international entities
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings
- Support finance transformation initiatives, process optimization, and ERP/system implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA enhancements
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, GBS, supply chain, HR, and regional finance teams to support operational and financial objectives
- Coach, mentor, and support team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance finance culture

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 8 10 years' progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 3 years in a managerial role
- Professional accounting certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with US GAAP is highly desirable
- Previous experience within a multinational organization is strongly preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
