Job description
- Webex Administration & Support:
- Manage, configure, and maintain Cisco Webex (meetings, messaging, calling) ensuring high availability, performance, and user access.
- Design & Implementation:
- Design, implement, and optimize Webex solutions aligned with business needs and integrate with existing communication infrastructure.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
- Monitor system health, perform maintenance, and resolve complex issues related to connectivity, performance, and access.
- Collaboration & Governance:
- Work with network/voice teams, ensure security compliance, handle upgrades/patches/migrations, and coordinate with Cisco/vendor support for critical issues.
- Knowledge & Leadership:
- Provide documentation, conduct training, guide junior team members, and recommend improvements based on latest Webex features and best practices.
