Job Summary
Corporate Affairs Officer supports admin department by handling documentation responsibilities and providing back-up for personnel officer when required.
Job Responsibilities
Documentation Support
· Perform Month on Month comparison of the collection data received from different branches.
· Maintain the documentation and records of medical test requested for expat employees, courier received / sent through Aramex, etc.
· Perform the online payments to support personnel officer such as payment of traffic penalties, etc.
· Prepare monthly reports to the management.
· Raise purchase requests in the system requested within the company related to facility, collection, CEO office, government relation.
· Follow up with outsource securities company.
· Responsible for the Chamber of Commerce account and any requests needed.
· Provide the needed support to the head of department
