- Record daily entries and ensure their accuracy.
- Review all financial transactions before approval.

- Prepare monthly closing entries.

- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Prepare profit and loss statements.
- Prepare the general ledger.

- Analyze financial variances and prepare recommendations.
Thirdly: Cost Management
- Monitor raw material costs.
- Analyze product costs.
- Monitor operational expenses.
- Prepare comparative reports between budget and actual expenses.

Fourthly: Taxes and Zakat
- Prepare and review VAT returns.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare necessary documentation for Zakat or governmental entities.
- Maintain supporting documents.

- Review expenditures and approve documentation.
