Civil Inspector

We are seeking a strong>Civil Inspector/strong> to support supervision of the strong>Qiddiya Resort Core EVN Public Realm Project/strong>, a large-scale infrastructure and urban development. The role involves strong>site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring/strong> across civil, utilities, and landscape interface works.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Perform strong>daily site inspections/strong> to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor contractor activities in line with strong>QA/QC and HSE standards/strong>
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation across civil and infrastructure elements
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site issues
• Ensure compliance with strong>local authority regulations and project specifications/strong>
• Maintain detailed strong>inspection reports and documentation/strong>
• Witness testing and commissioning activities
• Raise and follow up on strong>non-conformance reports (NCRs)/strong>

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in strong>Civil Engineering/strong>
• Minimum strong>10 years of experience/strong> in similar project/li>
• Minimum strong>15 years total experience/strong> preferred/li>
• Proven experience on strong>public realm / infrastructure projects/strong>
• Strong knowledge of strong>QA/QC procedures, materials, and construction methodologies/strong>
• Experience in strong>utilities, drainage, and landscape interface works/strong>
