Sales Representative - Rice Presales

Summary:

Pre-Sales Representative, responsible for visiting restaurants, cafés, catering companies, to generate orders, develop customer relationships, expand distribution, and identify new business opportunities. Orders collected are communicated to further teams (cash van or main supply chain) for delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers according to the assigned route plan
• Promote AL BAYT rice and other company products
• Collect customer orders and submit them accurately for delivery
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Open new accounts and increase product penetration
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure proper coverage of the assigned territory ( assigned territory might change over time)
• Follow up on deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Submit daily sales and visit report
