Job description

Lead safety training sessions, workshops, and drills to promote a culture of safety and ensure that all employees are well-versed in emergency protocols.
Perform regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards, promptly addressing any deficiencies found.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in HSE principles.
At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HSE roles within the relevant industry, demonstrating a strong practical understanding of safety protocols.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification, showcasing recognized expertise in health and safety management practices.
Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective control measures tailored to specific operational contexts.
