Key Responsibilities

• Design & Creation – Craft a wide range of floral arrangements and decorative pieces for daily orders, events,

and special occasions.

• Quality Maintenance – Maintain the freshness and proper care of all flowers and plants, ensuring an appealing

presentation at all times.

• Client Collaboration – Work closely with clients and the internal team to deliver personalized and creative

floral designs.

• Inventory Management – Oversee flower handling, storage procedures, and inventory rotation.

• Customer Excellence – Provide excellent customer service and uphold a neat, professional appearance.

• Event Support – Support event setups, installations, and corporate décor projects when required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience – Previous experience as a Florist or in a related creative field.

• Technical Skills – Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in floral design and arrangement.

• Creative Abilities – High level of creativity, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Communication – Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Work Ethic – Capability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, especially during seasonal peaks.

• Botanical Knowledge – Understanding of flowers, plants, and seasonal varieties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Floral Design, Horticulture, or similar disciplines.

• Knowledge of current floral design trends and techniques.

• Portfolio of previous floral design work.
