3. Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring that all items are securely packed and labeled correctly to minimize damage during transit.
4. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits, using analytical skills to identify discrepancies and address any issues promptly to maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
