Job description
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand customer needs and the technical and operational requirements of buildings, and translate them into suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
- Provide technical consultations during the bidding and negotiation phases to ensure solutions comply with local and international standards.
- Manage customer relationships and build a long-term communication network with contractors and beneficiaries.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with implementation teams to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Compile and analyze market data and periodic reports on potential sales opportunities and revenue forecasts.
- Assist in preparing and organizing technical presentations and related appendices.
- Deep knowledge of elevator systems and local and international standard specifications.
- Saudi Elevator Code / Local regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related).
- Previous practical experience in elevator sales or construction projects is preferred, with the ability to understand systems and technical hardware.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team and deal with various stakeholders.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications and regulatory standards and prepare technical proposals.
- Creative and problem-solving attitude, with attention to detail and accuracy in technical and commercial work.
- Proficiency in using Office software and presentation tools; knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an additional advantage.
