Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using advanced software to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability and inform design decisions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a focus on sustainable design preferred.

Licensed Architect with relevant board certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and ethics.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven portfolio showcasing diverse project types.

Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit or ArchiCAD, is essential for modern design workflows.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in 3D , MAX, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop – NEED SAUDI NATIONAL
