Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Officer / Sourcing Specialist with extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian industrial trading and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) sector. The candidate should possess strong sourcing, vendor management, and procurement skills, with proven experience dealing with major clients and approved vendors in the Kingdom, particularly within the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with leading Saudi trading organizations such as V-Line Group, Abdulkarim Holding, Business Tribune, and similar industrial supply and MRO organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Source industrial, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, safety, and MRO materials from local and international suppliers.
- Identify new manufacturers, distributors, and authorized stockists to meet customer requirements.
- Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
- Prepare RFQs, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and procurement reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials according to project schedules.
Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, and approved vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
- Maintain approved vendor databases and sourcing records.
- Aramco & Major Client Compliance
- Strong understanding of Saudi Aramco procurement processes and supplier requirements.
- Experience in Vendor Registration and Prequalification (PQ) processes for:
- Saudi Aramco
- SABIC
- Maaden
- SEC
- Major EPC contractors and industrial clients operating in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with IKTVA requirements and supplier qualification procedures.
- Commercial & Technical Coordination
- Review technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, logistics, and finance departments.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations.
- Support tendering and project procurement activities.

- 3–10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with industrial trading companies, MRO suppliers, or EPC support organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi industrial market and supplier network.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Procurement experience with leading industrial trading companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong network of suppliers and manufacturers across GCC, Europe, USA, India, and China.
- Experience handling Aramco-approved materials and vendor prequalification processes.
- Knowledge of industrial sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, Mining, and Manufacturing.
