Senior techno-Functional Consultant - Odoo ERP

Manage and support daily Odoo ERP operations

Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions

Customize and configure Odoo modules based on business needs

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (APIs)

Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance

Optimize system performance and handle scalability challenges

Support deployments, upgrades, and testing activities

Coordinate with users during UAT and ensure successful delivery

Document system changes and technical solutions

Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure end-to-end delivery

5+ years of experience in Odoo (functional and technical)

Strong understanding of Odoo modules (HR, Finance, etc.)

Good knowledge of:

• Python & Odoo ORM
• PostgreSQL
• APIs / integrations

Experience with performance tuning and system optimization

Understanding of Odoo architecture and scalable system design

Experience with complex integrations and data mapping

Familiar with Git and Linux environments

Awareness of security best practices and access control

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication skills in Arabic and English

Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
