Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards, particularly within fast-paced digital environments. The role involves monitoring compliance controls, maintaining documentation governance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Experience in travel e-commerce, fintech, IT, or service-tech industries is highly valued.

• Proven experience in compliance or related functions.
• Proven experience in maintaining and enforcing organizational SOPs .
• Background in travel e-commerce platforms , fintech , IT , or digital service ecosystems .
• Compliance or GRC certifications.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Law, Information Security, Finance , or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting compliance findings.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
