Accountant

At TK Airport Solutions we are responsible for the marketing, manufacturing, maintenance services and modernization of boarding bridges for airports around the world, positioning ourselves as market leaders and executing international projects.

We are currently looking for Administrative/Accountant , to join our Services Team of Saudi in Medina. It is a mandatory requirement to be a Saudi national. The Accountant would be performing the following tasks:

1. To review the suppliers invoices and supporting documents to be submitted for approval on weekly basis.

2. To obtain payment approval forms and to make online payments to suppliers on the scheduled payment dates on weekly basis.

3. To scan and file payment approval forms and paid invoices on weekly basis.

4. To reconcile bank records and bank statement on monthly basis.

5. To prepare, examine, analyze and maintain accounting records and other financial information on monthly basis.

6. To review petty cash expenses vouchers and reports submitted by subordinates on monthly basis.

7. To follow up payments of clients on circumstantial basis.

8. To comply with the Airport Safety and Security Rules and Regulations and the internal safety rules and procedures of TKE on daily basis.

9. To wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times when working at site on ad hoc basis.
