Job description
Lead the entire procurement process for hotel construction, from initial planning to project close-out, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals, focusing on value engineering and risk mitigation for construction materials and services.
Manage the bidding process, including vendor prequalification, RFP/RFQ issuance, bid analysis, and vendor selection, ensuring compliance and fairness.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms, pricing, and payment schedules that benefit the project's financial objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in procurement principles.
Possess relevant certifications such as Certified Professional Procurement Manager (CPPM) or similar, demonstrating commitment to professional standards.
Minimum of 12 years of procurement experience within the construction industry, with a proven track record in hotel or hospitality projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing procurement for large-scale construction projects, showcasing a deep understanding of construction processes.
